[Bug]: Help button doesn't have spacing in between the help button and account button

What happened?

After updating to v2.0 the help button in the top bar is missing spacing between the help button and account intials icon, see screenshot:

How to reproduce the bug

I have followed the readme, nothing special to provide. Everything else works fine.

Which operating systems does with happen with?

macOS

It seems like it happend because of the changed way of styling the topbar by filamentphp v4.
