[Request]: HelpAction for Tables (extend \Filament\Tables\Actions\Action)

What feature would you like to add?

Currently there's a HelpAction for Forms and Infolists & Pages (afaik); Tables are missing.

Using the HelpAction within a Table e.g. in a table's headerActions() requires the HelpAction to extend the \Filament\Tables\Actions\Action.

I would appreciate a third HelpAction Class that extends \Filament\Tables\Actions\Action and then could be used within a Table.
