Delete objects idea/ feature

It would be nice if when using the delete objects feature if you could delete them from further away, if possible. Just an idea.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will note it down and see what is possible for a future release.

Currently the delete option is only shown when the Info Box is displayed in the bottom right of the screen so you can be sure you are deleting the correct item.

This is one problem that may be introduced by extending the range especially if there are many objects in one spot as it could make focusing on the correct one harder.

So this was interesting but in FS22 I had the lumberjack mod installed and after I cut or deleted one tree I was able to use easy Dev Controls to delete trees from far away, I am not sure if it was on my end or not but it was very helpful.

The lumberjack mod may have added an extended pickup range in FS22.

You can enable Super Strength in Easy Development Controls and this will give you and extended pickup range also but the feature is not available on its own at this stage so you will of course also have super strength.

I am not able to enable delete objects it is greyed out. What would cause this issue? Do i not have something enabled?
