[SUGGESTION] add peaceful way of obtaining prismarine

we can already multiply prismarine shards, but there currently is no way to obtain them in peaceful. One solution would be to make prismarine blocks crushable into shards.

hmm i think it should have a proper recipe for the shards, idk what tho
