cm-sd-adapter image tag in version v0.15.1 is still v0.15.0

I noticed that the image tag for the custom-metrics-stackdriver-adapter deployment, is version v0.15.0, while the git tag is v0.15.1

Yes, this is a limitation in the current release pipeline.

1. Create a tag
2. Release pipeline reads the new tag and publishes a new image.
3. Update tag in the examples.

Because some users use main branch directly, so updating the tag earlier will cause this image fails to be pulled.
