Renamed WebDX use counters are not updated in data

Describe the bug
https://chromestatus.com/data/blink/webfeatureprops returns [312,"WebAppManifestUpdateToken"] as part of the response.

Expected behavior
This was renamed in https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/af140c76c416302ecadb5e7cf3f989d6293ba5ec so it should be [312,"kDRAFT_WebAppManifestUpdate"] now.
