Hi,

I cant seem to find any pacbio isoseq data (ideally bam) from recent (yesterday!) paper "A systematic benchmark of Nanopore long-read RNA sequencing for transcript-level analysis in human cell lines."

If you could point me to it that would be great!

I was looking here: s3://sg-nex-data/data/sequencing_data_ont/bam/genome

and:
They do not appear in here: https://github.com/GoekeLab/sg-nex-data/blob/master/docs/samples.tsv
(no replicate7?)

From supp data data I see, they are labelled as replicate7?:

But in AWS there are no matching replicate / run files: (it would be nice to keep the full name as in the suppdata)
