Induction Card on Adv. Extended Pattern Provider powers only on the first tick

Hi,
I'm on ATM 10 TTS 1.8, I am observing what I believe to be a bug:
My Induction Card powers my Electrolytic Separator only on the first tick when applied to the block. Removing and reapplying the induction card do not restart the power. Breaking and placing the Adv. Extended Pattern Provider sends juice again for a tick. The power keeps depleting after whatever I do.

I can't reproduce your bug in ATM10TTS with the setup. Do you have enough power in your ME storage?
