Circuit Slicer & Crystal Assembler speed #549

It would appear that the Crystal Assembler is ever so slightly faster than the Circuit Slicer. This creates a small problem when trying to make a setup for automated circuitry for Calculation and Concurrent Processors and bulk crafting them, as the Circuit Slicer only makes 4 processors to 9 printed silicons, which means that eventually the printed silicon sheets will overcrowd the assembler and jam the machine. This isn't an issue with other processors as the rate in which it makes processors and silicon is the same (9:9). Would it be possible to make it so their speeds match to avoid this issue? This is taking in consideration 4 Acceleration Cards on both machines.
