Receive new message notifications from "Thread" when another channel is active

Describe the bug

• Channel A contains Thread
• Channel B is active
• Thread of Channel A has new messages
  Expected behavior
• The current user does not know to have a new message in Thread
• when channel A is active, it is unknown which thread receives new messages
  A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
