Missing documentation

Lot of parts are undocumented, this could be a potential problem with a new comer developer that would like to use RetroSpy SDK in his game.

Several parts from the GameSpy Open SDK v1.0 are copied, they provide a good explanation about the API.
Currently HTTP, Common, Chat and GP contains a portion of the sdk documentation.
