Fix Completed Reports View in Report Builder

Description

• Currently, if there are over 4 standards in a report, then the standard cards will overflow on the report in the completed report view.
• We need to implement a scrolling feature that will prevent standard cards from overflowing.

Acceptance Criteria

• In Completed Report View, add scrolling feature to each report, allowing users to scroll through standards on report.

Here is an example of overflow in the completed report view. Please add a scrolling feature that will allow users to scroll through all the standards of the report
