Reorder result issue

We run the project with provided example matrix(ncvxpq3) and our matrix. We note that the number of non-zeros gets larger in reorder results(from 274982 to 499964 in ncvxpq3). And In the result of our matrix, there are many reduplicative non-zero coordinates. Are these correct? Or could you please tell us why the number of non-zeros gets larger? That will help a lot.

Hello! What you observe is intended behavior. The *.mtx file format has support for symmetric matrices, where it only stores the lower triangular part of the matrix. Our writer does not support that so he writes the full matrix. ncvxqp3 is supposed to have 499964 non-zero entries [1], 274982 of which are in the lower triangular part.
