[potentially all platforms] HFS in env can interfere with Launcher and App

I had an outdated version of HFS in environment variables and that made it impossible to launch Houdini from launcher or directly at all. Removing the environment variable simply fixed it. This can be put in documentation just in case anyone else also runs into this obscure issue.
