[WH3] Missing Vanilla/Parent Values after Update 4.4.3

I have a simple WH3 mod that updates some basic Unit projectile stats under db.projectiles_table, before the update I can see a colored underscore highlighting boxes where I've made changes and I can see vanilla/parent values by hovering mouse over it. After update they are gone, no boxes and hovering over the mouse only shows original value.

for some reason it's working now after enabled the "Check for missing table definitions" in settings

It happens again, tried to install RPFM, reset settings, and still facing the same issue. All vanilla values are gone, showing no diff.

Just so we're on the same page, you mean the orange underscore in fields different than vanilla? If that's so, have you generated the dependencies cache?
