When drop areas appear, CEs move position down

When the editor starts to drag a CE the drop areas appear and make the various CEs in the page to move position down. This is disorienting for the editor. It would be better if the CE never change position while editing.

To solve this problem I tried experimenting with position:absolute for the drop areas.
This way might solve the problem of CEs moving but the drop areas tags are actually positioned before the CE wrapper (.t3-frontend-editing__ce) instead of inside it.
So by using position:absolute the drop areas are positioned in the parent of .t3-frontend-editing__ce instead of be absolute positioned on the .t3-frontend-editing__ce itself, so they end up on the wrong place.

Checking the code I'm not sure if moving the drop areas inside the CEs wrappers could have side effects.
