Broken README.md link installing with FreeCAD 1.1-rc3 Addon manager

Within FeeeCAD 1.1-rc3 Addon Manger, 'parts-library' doesn't show the README info and gives an error:

For instance, on the choosing screen:

And in you click on the parts_library you get an error like:

You can click the install button and install parts_library, the the README/version info is still missing:

This is the error message which indicates a broken link:

Failed to download data from https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-library/archive/refs/heads/master.zip/raw/master/README.md -- received response code 404.
