feat: split artist string into multiple artist

Describe the new functionality

Although the scrobble should be correct in the first place, this is not always the case. Tidal for example doesn't scrobble correctly to LastFM and creates a single artist per scrobble, separated with commas. I use multi-scrobble to re-scrobble that to my local koito instance. It would be nice to have the opportunity to handle the artist string and split it into multiple artist by pre-defined criteria like specifying the delimiter.

This is something already kind of in the works.

The ability to split artist string based on delimiters is already merged in from this PR but not available until this issue, and it's related issues is implemented.

The idea is that MS will natively do the string split but then validate the resulting artists + track title with a metadata provider (musicbrainz, spotify, etc...) to ensure it's a real track and not a false positive matching a pattern that shouldn't actually be split. This removes the need to have to manually specify artist/strings that should be split, but it's more work upfront to get it to work.

I may eventually implement manual splitting as well, but the first implementation should cover the majority of use cases.

I just did some digging in the code base and saw that there's also functionality for doing so but not applied for this case. Looking forward to see the other PRs merged. I don't need manual splitting if the automatic clean up is working.

So feel free to close this issue or rename it as needed.
