It would be handy for specifically a GM if the create actor and create item dialog remembered the last actor or item type you created and defaulted the selection to that. It doesn't need to persist between refreshes.
I'm starting to make NPCs and having to select NPC from Character is an extra click I'd like to save. Especially since if I mess up I now have to delete it.
