Description
Currently the @Damage[type:X|value:Y] enricher does not include the ability to add to Stress, and I believe the enricher is a logical place for it to be included
Desired Outcome
To have @Damage[type:stress|value:Y] function in the same way it does for physical and magical damage.
Future Enhancement
Perhaps there's an argument to be made that armour damage could be added to this enricher as well, for ease of having all "damage" types under one umbrella
