Organization-wide defaults for Fixed By Design.

Files here apply to every repository in the org unless a repository overrides them locally:

profile/README.md renders on the org landing page.
CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and SECURITY.md are the default community health files.
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ and .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md are the default issue and PR templates.
.github/FUNDING.yml sets the Sponsor button.
