mix versions yml

The versions.yml file contains just the versions of the last tool, for example 
```
"COSPACE:SPACEMARKERS":
    SpaceMarkers: ‘1.1.2’
    R: ‘4.4.1’
```
Mix the versions from channels so that all of them are reported.
