Minor bug with exit and close tabs dialog

Tested in 78, not sure if exists in other releases but probably.

Shutting down the system with a tab open in Mypal will cause it to hang on the exit and close tabs prompt and not shut down. Canceling this shutdown, and going to shut down again spawns another exit and close tabs window. You can repeat this multiple times. It does shut down with the prompts open if you force shutdown though.
