It doesn't connect

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I add a new profile
2.I try to use it
3.the globe icon turns blue but back to grey in few seconds 

What is the expected output?
Its supposed to stay blue = my IP address changed

What do you see instead?
a grey globe icon

Operating system:
 Mac
