Different master manifest based on when you join the broadcast. #292
Description
There is an issue with getting different Master manifests depending on which VOD was the latest to be loaded. The master manifest might be different because we are taking audio groupIDs and languages from the latest VOD.
The proposed solution is to have an arbitrary group ID and match segments based on codec and language instead.
