Auto Populate Latitude and Longitude Fields on Config XY Tool for common field names

After source dataset is selected autopopulate lat and lon fields paramaters with fields that have common lat/lon field names like "lat" or "lon" or "latitude" and "longitude"

FYI xmin is a system column in PostGRES so we should make that field part of autopopulate
