QoL: Allow for reordering columns

In some views, especially the Industry one or the Market one it would help if columns can be reordered.
For example, in the Industry view, having the status column and the Installer column almost at opposite ends can be sometimes fatiguing and/or hard to read.

In my particular case, I'd love to see the green Ready text and just glance over to see the owner of the job instead of moving my eyes all the way to the right.

This is very similar for the market view as well, where I'm more interested in having Price/State/Owner columns grouped.

Or in the Training view, I personally am more interested to see Name near the Queue Remaining column.
