Test Microphone option in the App #965

Feature Description
I am having basic problems with a certain mic of mine, something that happens from time to time, what would help me though and be a nice feature would be to be able to "Test Mic" in the App.
Of course one can do it in the Windows settings or some mic-test website, but it would indeed be nice to have this option in the app. 🙂
