[BUG] - when i connect with phone, ue app fill all RAM and crashed after 1-2 minutes. #794

I have tried with different situations on h.264 codec start normally and fill all RAM( approx start with 4gb to 30 gb). This situation is only on phone connection and there is an error code on windows eventvwr.There is no problem vp8 and vp9. i try with pixelstreaming demo project but same problem.I try on editor and app. its same problem. i run pixelstreaming on only local.
