[1.19.2] [Bug] Claims are global #9
Description
MC Version: 1.19.2
SU Version: 2.8.7
Claims seem to be broken and affect either an entire dim or an entire server rather than a single chunk at a time.
(I plan to look into this myself when I have time, just leaving this for tracking)
