can't use world edit

i am running a 1.16.5 forge server and wen i was tring to fix somthing else that is not related world edit stopt working and i kanot for the life of me find out how to git it to work agen (sorry for bad english)

The issue is with World Edit. They don't register their commands when they are supposed to so by the time my mod changes the commands to use permissions there aren't any commands for WE set up. The only thing that can be done is to just use /op for people who should have access to WE
