Submission Issue: Potential infinite loop

Hi,

I submitted a pdb through the PDB2PQR server, which successfully produced a PQR file for me to use as an input into APBS. This job has been running for nearly 24 hours; I wonder whether the server is stuck in an infinite loop? Prior to this submission, I had submitted https://server.poissonboltzmann.org/jobstatus?jobtype=apbs&jobid=1ldy1h7pm8&date=2025-05-08 which contains a molecule of a similar size. This successfully ran within 20 minutes.
