dragons not spawning in nests since creatura disabled the spawn abm

dragons don't spawn in nests since ElCeejo/creatura@24f9970 disabled the spawn abm that handles creatura:spawn_node.

Please re-enable the spawn abm until it's fixed here and in https://github.com/homiak/waterdragon

Is this still an issue? Dragon nests are not spawning on our server..
