Support for controlling 1D output #219
Description
In Carpet thorns and the Cactus thorn IOASCII, there are options to control the output of 1D data by setting out1D_x = no to not output the x-direction 1D data. I don't see similar parameters in CarpetX. Do these exist and I'm simply missing them, or should they be added?
