No due date•15/15 issues closedThis is going to be a page where the user can setup a workout plan. This is going to be based off of workout templates. The goal is to get to the point where a user can set up a workout plan that lasts weeks, months or potentially years that automates some of the progressive overload aspects of a workout routine. Further down the line these workouts or workout plans could then be shared between users. And the true end goal being that users can follow each other and thus be able to perform the workouts or workout plans of the people they follow. This page is not yet designed. The steps would look something like this: 1. Add the exercises, reps and sets for workout A. This will probably look exactly like creating a workout does right now. 2. Rules page or something like this. Where the user can set how many days per week the workout should be performed, how the reps and weight should increase. Example: a. Workout should be performed once per week b. Sets should increase by 1 for each exercise once every two weeks c. Reps should increase by 2 once sets exceed 5. Sets should then be reset to 3. d. Weight should increase once reps exceed 12. - the user can then set a rep range that they want the weight to be reset to: user wants reps reset to 3. This could also be an auto reset to the rep range that the workout plan started on the app calculates a good weight for the user to work on in the 3 rep range e. If the user only wants to work with one specific metric ie only wants the weight to increase and the reps and sets to stay fixed then this should be possible too. f. The user should now be able to select what happens if a workout is not performed. Should the workout be skipped, or should the workout plan just be pushed by one day forward. g. save the workout plan g. Future workouts like this one should then be marked in the calendar but with a different color or something than past workouts to show which days workouts are planned for. That is the first step to the workout planner feature. This is completed when all of the steps are finished. Work on this issue in the workout-planner branch.
