Issue

Open OnDemand docs are under 'docs/safe-haven-services/open-ondemand/'. They are not publicly available as the page links have been commented out from the 'mkdocs.yml' 'nav' block. This means that the docs are not visible on the documentation navigation bar and are only available via direct links. 'mkdocs.yml' has a comment to this effect.

When the Open OnDemand service is made available to Safe Haven Services tenants, then uncomment these links.
