News Page: Organise by Month/Year Navigation #205
Description
Add navigation to the News page that allows users to filter and jump to news articles by year, and optionally by month within each year.
This could be a in a form of either 1) sidebar on left with expandable/collapsible years > months, or 2) horizontal menu below the page title with years, and month sub-navigation appears when a year is active (clicked on). In addition, it will be helpful to have a smooth scroll.
