I was hoping the Vampirism addon could be updated.

I personally am hoping for 1.20.1. However the mod also has 1.20.4, 1.20.6, 1.21, & 1.21.1

Trees (2):

• Dark Spruce Tree
• Cursed Spruce Tree

It doesn't seem too hard to update, I will try tomorrow and I will add support for Werewolves.

Is there anything that changed between 1.19.2 and 1.20.1 with trees ?

They don't appear to be different. Though I just discovered there is a difference between the vampirism cursed spruce and the DT cursed spruce.

I'm not sure if this should be made it's own thread or not, but Cursed Spruce is supposed to drawn in non-vampire players within a 1 block radius and drain their "blood" (hunger). The DT cursed spruce doesn't have this feature. I'm fine if you can't add this feature, but it'd be cool if you could.
