Does inspect function work on generated links? #115

Inspect function works perfectly on market and inventory inspect links, however there are items that can only be inspected via generated links (though i dont know how these sites generate them), an example of a such link:
A sticker from the dreamhack 2013:
steam://rungame/730/76561202255233023/+csgo_econ_action_preview%200018B90920002800380040006218080010051D000000002D000000003D00000000450000000070A7471C
it opens perfectly inside the cs2 and i can inspect it, but i dont know which parts of this link i can use as params for the inspect function, is it encoded?
