Re set up labels with workflows

This integration used to read and create labels on the facebook conversation.
I think this is now possible again.
Create workflows linked with the labels. ie: a "ready for dispatch" label would trigger the contact to be assigned to the distpacher and the status changed to "dispatch needed"
