Change last modified message

Change "last updated" message to be since the last user update on the record instead of using the "last modified" field.

I looked into this today and it looks like we update the "last_modified" post meta when any activity is logged on a post (contact, group, etc.) We don't have a "last updated" field just a last modified one. I see two possible solutions here, we can either change the wording here to say "...since last modified" to make it consistent, or we could change the way the activity log works and/or add a last updated post meta in the theme, to give us this functionality.

I think the goal here is to see when the last time "I" (the user) modified the record instead of someone else or the system.
Could we query the dt activity log table and add a "last date i modified this record" to the response for this tile?
