Listing Droplets by name or type is not supported

The `name` and `type` parameters don't appear to be supported for the [Droplets list endpoint](https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/digitalocean/#tag/Droplets/operation/droplets_list).

I'm not sure if these parameters were added to the API endpoint recently but they would be helpful to have supported in this package.
