Incorporate the use of AI tools in the preamble

The preamble right now states that the author acknowledges that the thesis is the result of their own work. This leaves a gray area when AI tools are used, especially for language improvements but maybe even for image generation. While generated images should definitely be marked as such in the caption, it's more difficult for revisions done by AI tools. Should students acknowledge it somewhere in the text? Probably. Will they do it? Some will, but some will forget.

I believe it to be a good idea to add this to the preamble so that every student writing a thesis automatically confirms this. Also, a colleague who also asked to have something included in the preamble, sent me these snippets:

Die Autorin/der Autor bestätigt den unterstützenden Einsatz von ChatGPT und weiterer KI-gestützter Werkzeuge zur sprachlichen Verbesserung, Übersetzung und Bildgenerierung. Die wissenschaftliche Verantwortung für Inhalt und Ergebnisse liegt vollständig bei der Autorin/dem Autor.

The author acknowledges the supportive use of ChatGPT and other AI-based tools for language refinement, translation, and image generation. Full responsibility for the content and findings rests solely with the author.

I'm a bit hesitant to automatically acknowledge that these tools were used (or can we assume that everyone's going to use these tools in one way or another?). I'd change it to something like "if these tools were used, I take full responsibility for their outcomes".

I therefore propose to change the preamble in hgbdict.sty to something like this:

Ich erkläre eidesstattlich, dass ich die vorliegende Arbeit selbstständig und ohne fremde Hilfe verfasst, andere als die angegebenen Quellen nicht benutzt und die den benutzten Quellen entnommenen Stellen als solche gekennzeichnet habe. Falls KI-gestützte Werkzeuge, etwa zur sprachlichen Verbesserung, Übersetzung oder Bildgenerierung, verwendet wurden, liegt die wissenschaftliche Verantwortung für Inhalt und Ergebnisse vollständig bei mir. Die Arbeit wurde bisher in gleicher oder ähnlicher Form keiner anderen Prüfungsbehörde vorgelegt. Die vorliegende gedruckte Arbeit ist mit dem elektronisch übermittelten Textdokument identisch.

I hereby declare and confirm that this thesis is entirely the result of my own original work. Where other sources of information have been used, they have been indicated as such and properly acknowledged. If AI-based tools, for example, for language refinement, translation, or image generation, have been used, full responsibility for the content and findings rests with me.
