Un-bundle ‘inform-mode’ code

The ‘inform-mode’ Emacs code has its own release schedule and version history, as recorded at https://github.com/rupertl/inform-mode by Rupert Lane.

Releases of ‘inform-mode’ should align with the releases and versions already established; the versions and releases of ‘inform6unix’ should be de-coupled from that code base's schedule.

Maybe a reference in the ‘inform6unix’ documentation could direct the reader to Rupert Lane's repository (or whoever continues that work continuing its VCS and release history).

I've been pondering something like this myself. Maybe removing it entirely would be a good idea.
