dataTables.scrollResize.js host: $(table.container()).parent() undefined

Hi,
sometimes it happens that during the init process

(table.container()).parent() is undefined, so next, in the _size function

an error occurs

Why is the container parent undefined?
Is there a way to avoid that behavior?

Can you link to a test case showing the issue so I can take a look into it please? I've not encountered this issue before, so a test case would be required.
