bug in code

When I config the experiment, there is a running error occurred:  Exception has occurred: AttributeError
module 'config.experiments.fmnist' has no attribute 'dict' during calling _insert_hparams(cfg.dict(), hp_dict, "", skip_keys, sep=sep)!
I've worked hard and made no improvement. Would you please run the code and tell me why? Thank U very much.
