Custom fields not editable in hardware lifecycle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create custom field associated with "hardware lifecycle"
2. Edit or add new hardware lifecycle
3. Can't edit or add custom field created earlier

Expected Behavior

1. Create custom field associated with "hardware lifecycle"
2. Edit or add new hardware lifecycle
3. Can edit or add custom field created earlier

I did read an older closed issue that said this was fixed but seems to be the same on 1.1.6

Observed Behavior

Custom field are hidden from the UI even with the custom field being set to visible in netbox and a table item in the hardware lifecycle list.
