[Feature]: Unified order in various table outputs

Description

Currently, the order in the output tables is not unified between say status table and ps table. This makes debugging / quick searching / comparison between them harder.
I'd like to suggest a global ordering for all tables that are available in the various apps and shells. Ideally alphabetically but of course tiered as it is now (ie root controller first, then alphabetically ordered segment controllers, then alphabetically ordered apps, etc).

Working on it in #766

Tables now look like this. @MRiganSUSX any other proposals on how we can format the tables? Can shift the columns around to make it easier.

Also if there are any other tables I'm missing let me know

I don't have any other proposals (but (a) I'm not aware what other information could go there and (b) not very creative). I mostly want consistency between the tables. If you think there are better formatting options, please give those a try and share :).

Other tables - I don't use any, but we would need to ask somebody more experienced whether there are some.

One other outstanding question - perhaps not for this PR - is whether there is a reason to not show local-connection-server in the status table.

Can ask @PawelPlesniak for any other ideas regarding this issue. If there aren't, I'll clean up the PR at some point and ask for review as soon as its ready
