help wanted: redirect all android DNS via cloud hosted dnscrypt

Usually run separate dnscrypt on desktop and android, both successfully. Today thought a out centralising dnscrypt on a Vos, and have this successfully setup on Oracle free tier, complete with nginx and let's encrypt certs, to completely avoid the certificate issued I currently suffer with android Firefox (having to accept cert after every boot). Have it working fine on desktop and android Firefox (added to itefox network settings AND set ESNI lines to prefs for that extra tickbin CloudFlare browser test). Now wondering how to have all DNS at system level on Android teach my cloud hosted DNS....

Any help appreciated as you can't set cloud hosted dnscrypt via Android private DNS....
