Can't scroll to accept shell command

Description

I want to create a PRD as an issue and I can't scroll to accept the shell command because the command text is too big. Just add a vertical scroll fix the problem.

1. Prompt to create a PRD and then create an issue with gh cli
2. Try to accept the permission required scrolling to bottom
